I did a thing today. I won the bid on two properties at an auction today! I totally forgot about this method until Elle mentioned a few weeks ago. Once I realized the auction was going on there were only four days left to bid. I noticed one lot being auctioned off was two doors down from a property, I already own and cash flow from. I was in a bidding war that came down to the last 2 minutes. I named it and claimed it and won the bid! While waiting to see if I would be the highest bid on the property I wanted, I saw another property that interested me because it's 3 minutes from the main colleges as well. I rode by it and started bidding on it and won that one too. I'm going to sit o these two until I get the other property we're buying built on. Let's go everybody. We can all do this!

Made offer on land and it was accepted on Thursday. Now the due diligence begins. I was out of town when it was accepted so I've lost four days but that's not going to stop me. Going back through the steps to building, construction costs video. Thanks to Elle McGhee for making the process easy to understand. I'm noy doing an appraisal so that time and money won't be wasted.
